Formerly a lawyer, I left Paris to pursue my passion. Returning to my studies, I obtained the DNO (National Diploma of Oenology) in Toulouse to learn intellectually, then worked for 6 seasons in different wineries to learn with my hands .

Convinced by my experience as a wine lover that Biodynamics brings life to the vines and to the glass, I created my estate on 3 hectares in the Vaucluse region, at the foot of Mont Ventoux, certified Organic and Biodynamic from the very beginning!

In 2022, I planted 2.7 hectares of Chenin, Chardonnay, Macabeu, Clairette and Viognier using massal selection (#Berillon) on land that had been fallow for 15 years. I had the opportunity to acquire a small plot of 0.6 ha of 25-year-old Chardonnay vines (#Sonate).

I place paramount importance on the soil, our life-giving mother. Total grass cover (no tilling), fresh manure ( no chemical fertilizers ), homeopathic treatments of sulfur and copper in the spring to combat powdery mildew and downy mildew (and nothing else). Agroforestry , nesting boxes for bats and tits, butterflies, bees, and other fauna and flora in the plots. Bacteria, fungi, insects, and earthworms in the soil!

Fermentation occurs with indigenous yeasts . The wines are neither fined nor filtered. Aging lasts 12 months in various containers to impart finesse and complexity: Stockinger casks, Tava amphorae, Wineglobes, and demi-muids. Two interventions are made before bottling: musical notes and a pinch of sulfur .

My apologies to those looking for red wine… I only make white!

I wish you an excellent tasting experience!
